Ying YANG, Ph. D of Sciences, Professor, State Key Laboratory of Mechanics and Control for Mechanical Structures, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA).
Dr. Yang has been the principle investigator (PI) for numerous projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, High-Tech Key Project of Jiangsu Province, Aeronautic Science foundation of China, Jiangsu Provincial University Scientific Research Achievement Transformation Promotion Project, etc. She is also the Co-PI of the Program of Introducing Talents of Discipline to Universities. Her research interests mainly focus on novel piezoelectric materials and application in energy harvesting and actuators.
Hao Wen is an Associate Professor in the College of Aerospace Engineering, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China. He earned his bachelors and Ph.D. degrees from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2002 and 2009, respectively. His doctoral research has won the National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award (Top 100) from China in 2011. He stayed at the York University in Canada as a visiting scholar from November in 2014 to November in 2015. His main research interests are in the dynamics modeling, motion/vibration control, and ground-based experiments of space structures. He has authored or co-authored over 40 research papers in the areas of space tether, in-orbit autonomous assembly of large spacecraft, and deployable space structure, etc.
Dr. Laifa Tao, he is currently an Asst. Prof. and Postdoctor at the School of Aeronautic Science and Technology, Beihang University, China. His research is focused on fault diagnosis, prognostics and health management for electromechanical systems especially for rotating machinery, wind turbine, and battery, which comprises the analysis, development, and optimization of related algorithms and systems and its applications.
