Your manuscript should be submitted online via JVE Journal Management System (JMS) https://manage.jvejournals.com.
Using the JMS requires an account. You can create a new account by following the 'Create an account' link that appears on the main login page. The signup process only takes a minute – we don't need many details from you. Once you've created your account or signed in, you're ready to submit a manuscript: Submit manuscript.
Your manuscript should be uploaded in Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF formats. Note that if your manuscript is accepted for publication, the manuscript will be reprocessed by JVE team. But to start with, manuscript format should conform the Paper Template. Before submitting your manuscript to the JVE Conference please ensure that the manuscript is 4-6 pages long.
Authors will be required to give an oral presentation of 15 minutes (20 minutes for keynotes) including discussion where other participants may ask you questions regarding your presentation and research. Please note that your presentation must be in English language. For your oral presentation, you can either use PowerPoint or Adobe Reader, whichever is more convenient for you. We request you to kindly bring your presentation on your own USB/memory stick.
Listener's registration to attend a conference can be made online through the JMS: Register as a Listener. The reader of the submitted paper will be asked to register if the paper is accepted, thus does not need to register in advance.

Institute of Ecology of Volga Basin of Russian Academy of Science - Branch of Samara Federal Research Center of Russian Academy of Science is one of the world leaders in the field of scientific research in the field of ecology.
The main directions of scientific activity of the Institute are: engineering ecology and environmental monitoring; study of structural and functional organization of the ecosystems of the Volga river basin; development of theoretical bases for conservation, reproduction and rational use of biological resources of the Volga river basin; study of mechanisms of adaptation of hydrobionts and aquatic ecosystems sustainability in the conditions of natural and anthropogenic transformation of the environment; development of methodological bases of environmental monitoring. The Institute has a Herbarium (PVB) which approximately 40000 samples of vascular plants collected mainly in the Middle and the Lower Volga regions. Also, the Institute has a number of collections demonstrating the flora and fauna diversity of the Volga river basin.
Samara State Technical University is one of the largest and famous technical universities of Russian Federation with long history. On July 3, 1914 (old style) Nikolay the II on the yacht "Shtandart" approved the "Law on the establishment of the Polytechnic Institute in the city of Samara". The law was published in the Assembly of Laws and Government Decisions under No. 180. Presently Samara state technical university is flagship university of Russian Federation with a lot of educational programs in mechanical engineering, metallurgy and transport, petroleum engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, engineering and technology, heat power engineering, engineering economics, architecture and civil engineering, industrial civil construction, engineering system and environment construction etc. Besides the educational activity, in Samara State Technical University there is a high level of scientific research. There are 33 research centers in the structure of the university.
Baltic State Technical University "VOENMECH" was founded in the year of 1932. Previously it was known as the Leningrad Mechanical Institute and Military Mechanical Institute. Now it is one of the most famous and elite universities of Russian Federation, giving high level engineering education in the fields of defense and high level sectors of economics. Among of them are: Rocket and Space Technology, Arms and Weapons Systems, Information and Control Systems, Natural Science etc. Scientific school in acoustics is one of the most famous in Russia.

Kaunas University of Technology had its beginning on 16 February 1922, when the University of Lithuania and its technical faculties were established. The development of Lithuanian scientific ideas continued in the first Lithuanian independent technical school of higher education (in 1950–1990 titled Kaunas Polytechnic Institute (KPI)). It was famous for the ultrasound and vibrotechnics laboratories, and scientific research of textiles. In 1990 KTU regained its status of the university and took a path of rapid reforms of studies and research.
